At DFW Black Car service, we take care to provide our customers high quality transportation services personalized for their unique needs. We are available to take your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our staff members are professional, courteous and efficient.

We know how important it is to provide business travelers with a reliable chauffeur driven service. Each of our chauffeurs is professional, knowledgeable, discreet, and very familiar with the particular needs of the business traveler. So, while we can’t take all the stress away from a business trip, we’ll get your people to and from their meetings in the most efficient, timely and comfortable way possible. We can provide a choice of complementary newspapers and light refreshments during your journey ensuring that you arrive refreshed and relaxed for that important business meeting or appointment. DFW Black Car Service can provide the spacious seating arrangements in our Lincoln Town Cars, Escalades, and stretch limos. A privacy screen is fitted to ensure total confidentiality should this be required. We’ll be happy to discuss opening a corporate account for your company. Opening a corporate account allows the business professional to travel with ease unencumbered by awkward “on the spot charges”. Our corporate account reservation and billing system is state of the art, and offers fully customizable solutions that will seamlessly combine with the way your company.


As regulated by state law, our employees have the right to work in a smoke-free environment. Thus, there will be absolutely no smoking or usage of any tobacco products allowed in any of our vehicles. Any violations will result in immediate ejection from our vehicle with no refund of payment.


DFW Black car service is not responsible for service delayed due to conditions beyond our control, including (but not limited to) weather, road conditions, vehicular malfunctions, and traffic congestion. In the case of an extreme condition, DFW Black Car Service will make every effort to dispatch an appropriate vehicle; however, in the event that no vehicles are available, a refund will be offered at the Company’s discretion.Any cancellations within one week of the scheduledevent will forfeit 100% of the bill. Please contact us as early as possible if there are any complications with your scheduled reservation.

If at any time the chauffeur feels threatened or detects potential danger to himself or other passengers in the vehicle, he or she may cancel the ride without refund. DFW Black Car Service is not responsible for any goods of value left in any of our vehicles. All items brought and stored inside the vehicle are done so at the discretion of their rightful owners. DFW Black Car Service offers the opportunity for passengers to leave valuable items with the driver, at their own risk, to be stored in a locked cabin. If an item is left in one of our vehicles, we will attempt to return it to its owner.DFW Black Car Service strictly enforces governmental regulations regarding the consumption of alcohol. We have a zero tolerance policy involving the consumption or use of alcohol by any individuals under the legal drinking age of 21 years. Violation of this policy will result in termination of services with no possibility of refund.DFW Black Car Service will not be responsible for any injuries or losses incurred as a result of horse-play between passengers.Overtime hours are not guaranteed, although efforts will be made to accommodate a client’s request.

Airport Transfers

Clients will be given a grace period of 15 minutes past their scheduled flight time and 30 minutes grace period for international flights. We do monitor flight statuses and plan accordingly. If “no show” we will charge full amount. We do not monitor private jets. If Passenger requested stops off route for point-to-point reservations, charges will revert to DFW Black Car Service limo hourly rate. Limo Capacity

Drivers cannot exceed the number of passengers allowed in each limo. This violates state law and against our insurance guidelines.


We accept all major credit cards. Cash payments are allowed to give to chauffeur at the time of service. However, a credit card must be on file to confirm reservation.

No Show Fee

A customer will be considered a “no show” after thirty minutes of wait time past your scheduled time. If we have not had any contact with you, you will be charged the full amount of trip. We will attempt to make two phones calls to primary phone number on file and leave voicemails.


All road tolls, parking, and airport fees will be billed to the client.

Cleaning/Damages Fees

$150.00 cleaning due to sickness
•$50.00 cleaning due to excessive food mess at discretion of company
•$200.00 minimum for rip or tear to upholstery
•$100.00 minimum for ripping of tint off windows

Prom Policy

All prom participants are to have consent from parents to ride in limo. If at any time chauffer feels threatened he may terminate trip with no refund. If at any time chauffer witnesses any form of drugs or alcohol he or she may terminate the ride without refund.

Holiday Fees

During holidays listed below there may be a surcharge in service so that we may create an incentive for our chauffeurs to be available during these times. •New Years Eve •New Years Day •Memorial Day •Independence Day •Labor Day •Thanksgiving •Christmas

Authorization & E-Signing

I understand and agree that my act of e-signing this document shall be a binding commitment of limousine service under the terms of this DFW Black Car Service Service Agreement and Standard Terms & Conditions.
